The Tennessee Valley Chapter of the Air and Space Forces Association presented its Elementary School Teacher of the Year Award to Ms. Sarah Pauls of the Academy of Science and Foreign Languages during an assembly at the school on May 18th. Chapter Vice President for Aerospace Education, Col (Ret.) Bob Hovde, completely surprised Ms. Pauls with the announcement of the award and certificate presentation.
